Return Policy
Returns will be accepted only on items damaged during shipping or per manufacturing defects. A return authorization MUST be obtained prior to any merchandise being shipped back to Seller. The merchandise returned will be repaired, replaced or credited at the sole discretion of the Seller. All transportation charges for returned goods must be paid by Buyer. Items accepted for return may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. All returns must be in original container and packaging and Buyer must provide proof of purchase. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
Back Order Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is back ordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Shipping Policy
Most Items will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. We offer Free shipping for most of our products or greatly reduced standard "flat rate" ground shipping. All products are shipped via UPS or FedEX. Additional charges will apply on any orders shipping to Hawaii if available. We are not shipping to Alaska and Puerto Rico at this time. We are currently not shipping Internationally.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
